We were in a good location a 10-15 minute walk from Dhammikarama Burmese Buddhist Temple. The service was absolutely excellent.

Nice and ideal location for our visit to a Gurney plaza at a short distance from the hotel. Also - close enough to the two malls and G kelawai. The staff was well-trained, the room was fabulous. Superb breakfast with lots of meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel with great service. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. The rooftop bar and pool provided stunning views, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos. The location, between George Town and the beach, was convenient for shopping and exploring. Although the buffet had some issues, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

5 minutes walk to a bus station. Big rooms with a beautiful view of the water and the location is incredible. Exceptionally good breakfast selection of yummy things.

Horrible staff!

This hotel is perfectly situated between two major shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the local area. Additionally, its central location on the island in the heart of Georgetown means that you are never far from all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. The rooms are in a good condition and offer stunning views of the Penang hills, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. With executive lounge access, guests can enjoy special privileges and added comfort during their stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided is of great quality, with a variety of delicious dishes to start your day off right.

Brand-new hotel in a walkable area adjacent to the shopping district of Penang, both Paragon and Gurney shopping malls and Penang. Very well maintained building and rooms with a beautiful view of the water. The location was favourable and excellent and the staff members were amazingly attentive. Again, walking distance to a shopping mall.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern hotel in a good area. Breakfast was superb, rooms were clean, and staff was friendly and efficient. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the nearby places to eat were great. The bed was the most comfortable ever!

Great location near shopping malls and tourist attractions, and easy access to public transport. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast had a variety of food options to choose from.

The internet connection was very poor and often didn't work. The staff tried their best to fix it, but it remained a problem throughout my stay.
